We wanted to go down to the National Mall to see the peak bloom of the cherry blossoms this weekend, but we didn't want to deal with the crowds. So one of my students suggested we check out a neighborhood in Bethesda called Kenwood. Wow! It was spectacular. The entire neighborhood was lined with cherry trees. Here's a video.
