Mesmerized

It is a gorgeous day, but the kids have coughs, Mackey didn't nap, and now she doesn't want to go outside (?!?!). So my solace? The Sound of Music (Ashley isn't home so I can do this). As soon as Julie Andrews breaks into the opening song, the kids were motionless, transfixed. It wasn't the images or the movie itself. It was her voice. They were moving around until she started singing. I couldn't grab my camera in time, but here is a taste. I love that they love singing. And clearly they don't get anything near Julie Andrews coming from my pipes.
