This morning a Pointer Sisters video came on the television. Mackey stood up and did what came natural. I think this video might make up for the one I lost of her free-standing for the first time.
That is hilarious! She is workin' hard for the dance! Ashley, I didn't know you were a fan of the Pointer Sisters? :) I want you to know that I'm now going to have that song in my head for at least a week!
How can anyone sit down when the Pointers are singing? Mackey is just showing her good, classic music taste as well as a serious display of workout perseverance. I can just see those glutes, quads, and calves getting stronger. Maybe she should train me!
